The
VE 112 is an efficient, all heated, low pressure drop sample
filter and interface for removing solids from a gaseous sample and
supplying sample to up to 5 gas analyzers. It utilizes a permanent
all stainless steel 2 micron mesh filter and all stainless steel valve in
a thermostatically controlled oven to prevent the loss of high
molecular weight hydrocarbons or condensation of water. The sample
filter is to be cleaned by high pressure pack purge with compressed
air or nitrogen.
The
Model VE 112 can be installed in the instrument rack as a complete
sample interface for all relevant gas analyzers. With its filter back
purge system it offers up times at comparatively low maintenance time
and cost. The sample probe and sample line are both automatically
cleaned from dust and condensed hydrocarbons which every filter back
purge cycle. In most cases, a stack probe filter is no longer needed.
A
calibration gas inlet offers the capability to test and calibrate the
complete sample train and analyzer circuit. Our proprietary rear
panel adapter plate system allows cold-spot free coupling of a heated
sample line inside the heated oven without the need of special tools.

thermostatic controlled oven to prevent the loss of high
molecular weight hydrocarbons or condensation of water.
The
permanent sample filters are regenerated in a matter of seconds by
back purging them with high pressure air or nitrogen
The

The
VE 112WP is
the wall or panel mount version of our time proven VE112 heated
sample filter and interface. Can be mounted in
a separate NEMA 4 type housing or the system with all analyzers and
sample cooler. With our unique sample back purge system, typically no
sample filter at the stack probe is needed. During back purge not
only the internal sample filter is cleaned, but also the heated
sample line between the stack probe and the CEM is rigorously cleaned
and freed up from condensing matter and hang up. Such guarantees
extended working up times at comparatively low maintenance cost.

The
Model 108 dilutes an introduced sample gas in a 1:10 (standard),
or a 1:100 (optional) dilution rate to allow the linear measurement
of hydrocarbon concentrations above several thousand ppm up to 10%
and above. The sample injection method is used in this 190 deg.C heated
sample diluter for fast response and improved zero and span stability
of a hydrocarbon measurements.
The
Model 108 is also used to minimize negative effects due to highly
concentrated interference compounds and contamination. Additionally,
so called "memory effects" or hydrocarbon hang-up due to
condensation of heavy hydrocarbons as well as other condensed
impurities in the sample gas can be largely prevented.
A
total hydrocarbon analyzer, placed downstream of the diluter will
continuously draw a constant amount of zero or room air through the
diluter.
The
internal sample pump draws the sample into the diluter. The Model 108
is equipped with a permanent sample filter to be back purged with
high pressure air or nitrogen for cleaning, 2 micron stainless steel
sample filter. Downstream of the internal sample pump is the actual
dilution capillary setup which is controlled by precision
flow/pressure regulation to ensure a constant flow of sample through
the diluter capillary. The diluter capillary flow is finely
adjustable to maintain the correct injection amount.

The Model TJ 100 is a Heated Sample Line especially designed for
Emissions Applications where hydrocarbons are to be measured. To
prevent the forming of hydrocarbon memory effects, (hang up), the end
caps are heat resistant to up to 200 deg.C. This allows the sample line
to be coupled inside an oven of a heated sample filter and heated FID
analyzers.
A
flame resistant PVC coating over a rugged metal flex tubing is used
for outer protection of the sample line. Direct heat transfer to
inner hose. No metal braiding and no silicon materials block the heat
transfer between heating element and sample hose. The inner sample
hose material is PTFE with an inner diameter
4mm (5/32"). Both end fittings are 316S, 1/4" o.d.
Swage Fitting. A type "J" thermocouple is
standard. Available lengths are 1 meter, 3 meter, 5 meter, 8 meter,
10 meter and 15 meter (230 V only).

2825PD is a very compact compressor or sample pump. The two
pumping modules are made of 316 Stainless Steel with aluminum heads
as a compressor or made from 316S stainless steel. The dual head
design provides a high medium flow of approx. 25 liter per minute
when configured parallel. Both pump modules can also be used as used
as individual dual or high flow sample pump. In the all stainless
version it withstands normal corrosive gasses as they are present in
standard stack gas emission.
The
pump drive mechanism has been designed for a smooth and low
vibration, silent and long lasting continuous mode of operation.
